Cancel The Order

1. If you haven't submitted your order, then you could cancel it directly under the menu of "My Orders".
2. After submitting an order, if you want to cancel it, please send an email to our business e-mail (sskalen@sskalen.com). And please mark that you need to cancel your order in the subject line. Besides, the following points should be contained in the content of the mail: Order No., Order List, Order Quantities, Order Amount & the reason(s) for cancellation.
3. After accepting your application, we'll get back to you within one working day, please note to check your email.
4. Application Time: Between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., From Monday to Saturday (Beijing Time).
